cmdtest software package provides blackbox testing of Unix command line programs, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cmdtest
cmdtest is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cmdtest package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cmdtest *
You will get with cmdtest package name, version, architecture and description in a table
